MIXED USE SCHEME
With a specific focus on mixed used schemes within regeneration areas, Hingston sources and unlocks the planning potential for clients. We acted on behalf of developer Fruition Properties on a mixed use scheme within Old Kent Road Area Action Plan. The site originally gained planning permission for 55 residential apartments and 18,000 sqft of commercial space. Combined with the neighbouring warehouse land, which Hingston sourced off market on behalf of the developer, the site was ultimately sold to a co-living operator.
We had been considering selling our landholding in Bermondsey for a number of years and had received a number of approaches from developers. Through adopting a personable approach and listening and understanding our requirements, Hingston were able to swiftly agree terms with me on behalf of their developer client. Given the personal, professional approach adopted, I will certainly consider instructing Hingston to act on our behalf in the future.
