Hingston operates as a strategic land promoter delivering projects both directly for landowners and for investors.  We pride ourselves on collaborating with the very best consultants to unlock development potential. We take a flexible approach to structuring agreements with landowners.

Through our investment partners, we are able to offer landowners Alliance Agreements where the site is immediately purchased on an unconditional basis and the landowner receives a further land payment following receipt of planning permission.

We are presently promoting land holdings within The Vale of White Horse for a client.

Terms agreed on basis of Alliance Agreement, Option or Promotion Agreement and legal work completed

Hingston collaborate with consultant team including architects, planners and specialist disciplines to prepare a planning application

Public consultation and planning advice sought

Outline or detailed planning application submitted to the relevant local authority

Planning permission granted at local level or appeal

Following the grant of planning permission the site is marketed and developer sourced to purchase the land

Purchase is agreed and the land is sold to the developer. Hingston receive a pre agreed percentage of the proceeds of the sale

Construction begins on site
