Hingston were instructed by Fruition Properties to prepare and deliver the acquisition strategy for a mixed use scheme with potential to deliver over 250 homes, retail leisure and commercial uses. In tandem with delivering the land acquisition strategy development principles were established with the Greater London Authority.

Once planning and development principles are established, we are often retained by clients to assist with sourcing development partners and structuring development agreements with affordable housing providers, co living and PRS investors. We are presently acting for clients on projects in Ealing, Brent, Wandsworth and Oxfordshire.

Throughout the life cycle of our projects, we remain focused on the buildability and quality of the end product.  Early in the development process we engage with contractors and delivery partners and we seek to bring investment funds and affordable housing providers into schemes early.

Mixed Use Regeneration: Developments

Hingston continue to provide an excellent stream of opportunities for the business. The sourcing and structuring of package deals with affordable housing providers and fund partners coupled with a well considered planning strategy is a useful resource for us.  We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
